Refund & Return Policy

At Urban Style, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All Urban Style products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed. Because of this, we ask customers to carefully review their order, including the selected size, color, and shipping address, before completing their purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable Romanian and European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before the 14-day period expires.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

  • Gift cards

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or used (where applicable)

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Since all products are made to order, you may request changes or cancellations only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, you may still exercise your legal right of withdrawal where applicable under Romanian and EU consumer protection laws.

6. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for your return (optional)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective items or size changes, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
